Our tool design expertise covers multi-part holding fixtures, indexing fixtures, custom cutting tools and stamping die design and production to name a few. Davlan has become known for its ability to utilize fixturing expertise to complete the most demanding jobs to print in the shortest amount of time, saving you valuable time and money.

With our wide range of capabilities, Davlan has become a valued vendor for a number of large manufacturing sites. A key component of many of these sites is their in-house tool room and/or model shop off load programs. Working directly for the tool room coordinator and on-site engineering staff, Davlan is able to react quickly to the frequently time-sensitive needs of these unique areas.

This type of work is often early-stage development work from drawings or sketches that have not yet been fully detailed. Acting closely with customer staff, we frequently help to determine suitable materials and/or processes for new projects or programs.

Due to the rapid cycle time of this type of work, frequent customer visits and weekly pick-ups and/or deliveries are the norm. Davlan works well in this arena, and has formed many long-term relationships due to the capabilities and value we bring to the tool room environment.
